House Rules

- Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations and In order to host guests at our homes, we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check-in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.

- Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building.

- Airport transfer is provided at an additional cost.

- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty fee

- If you lose your keys or forget it inside the apartment there will be a surcharge of $50

- We do not provide daily cleaning. For extra cleaning please contact us to know the exact fee.
