Rent Policies

Rental Policies:

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 A Booking Confirmation represents a legally binding agreement between you and the Host for occupancy of the Property during the specified rental period (“Rental Period”).

1.2 Bookings may be made through INDIGO’s official website staywithindigo.com, by contacting us at +90 212 343 55 55, or via third-party platforms where INDIGO advertises its listings.

1.3 No booking shall be considered valid until an official Booking Confirmation Email has been issued to you and a corresponding notification sent to the Host. Upon receipt, the booking becomes legally binding on both parties.


2. Rental Fees and Payment Terms

2.1 The Rental Fee is the total amount payable for the use of the Property during the Rental Period.

2.2 Payment shall be processed from your credit or debit card at the time of booking unless otherwise communicated prior to confirmation.

2.3 You confirm that the card used for payment belongs to you. Please note that all prices and availability are dynamic and may change without notice.

2.4 For direct bookings made through our website, payment will be held for 24 hours pending verification. INDIGO will confirm or decline the booking and may suggest alternative options if the selected Property is unavailable.

2.5 INDIGO shall not be responsible for any transaction fees or charges imposed by your card issuer or financial institution.

2.6 The Rental Fee includes standard utility costs such as gas, electricity, water, TV license, and insurance for items supplied by the Host.

2.7 The Rental Fee remains payable in full even if you fail to occupy the Property for the entire Rental Period.

2.8 If you do not arrive without prior notice, the full payment will be retained by INDIGO.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@indigoturkey.com or by calling +90 212 343 55 55

3.2 For bookings made more than seven (7) days prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking.

3.3 After the 48-hour grace period, cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3.4 Bookings made within seven (7) days of arrival are non-refundable.

3.5 In the rare event that a Host cancels your booking or the Property becomes unavailable due to an emergency, INDIGO will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative accommodation. If no alternative is available or acceptable, a full refund will be issued.


4. Check-Out Policy

4.1 Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4.2 Unauthorized late check-out beyond 11:00 AM may incur an additional charge equivalent to one (1) nightly rate per day or partial day.

4.3 If you remain in the Property more than three (3) hours beyond the check-out time without approval, INDIGO reserves the right to enter the Property, remove your belongings, change locks, and take any necessary action at your expense.


5. Security Deposit

5.1 A standard security deposit minimum of USD 300 (subject to Property type and stay duration) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and cover potential damages.

5.2 If no damages are identified, the deposit will be released within three (3) business days after check-out and should appear in your account within fifteen (15) business days of release.

5.3 In the event of damages, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded thereafter.


6. Guest Identification

6.1 To comply with local regulations and protect the Host’s interests, valid identification (passport or national ID) is required from each guest at check-in.

6.2 Guest details will be reported to Turkish authorities as required by law.

6.3 Failure to present valid identification upon arrival will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.


7. Guest Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Conduct any form of business, filming, or commercial activity without prior written consent from INDIGO.

Engage in any illegal, immoral, or unauthorized activities on the Property.

Consume or possess illegal substances.

Smoke inside the Property.

Bring animals or pets without prior authorization.

Cause property damage or modify furnishings or fixtures.

Display external signs, logos, or advertisements.

Host parties or gatherings. Verified party complaints will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.

Create noise or nuisance disturbing nearby residents or other guests.

Harass or obstruct INDIGO staff, Hosts, or neighboring residents.


7.2 Required Conduct

You agree to:

Operate appliances and fixtures responsibly and as instructed.

Maintain adequate ventilation to avoid dampness or odors.

Dispose of rubbish promptly using designated facilities.

Use kitchen facilities carefully and avoid triggering fire or smoke alarms.

Keep the Property clean and tidy.

Secure the Property by safeguarding keys and access codes. Lost keys incur a USD 50 replacement fee.

Follow all safety guidance provided at check-in and report hazards promptly.


7.3 Smoking or unauthorized pets will result in a specialist cleaning fee of USD 50


8. Damages and Repairs

8.1 You must promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to INDIGO to prevent further damage.

8.2 Failure to report damages that worsen due to negligence may result in additional charges beyond the standard deposit.

8.3 The Host may terminate your stay with 24-hour notice for material breach of this Agreement.


9. Complaints

9.1 Complaints should be submitted to info@indigoproperty.com or by phone at +90 212 282 8231.

9.2 Guests must cooperate in resolving issues respectfully and refrain from using abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward staff or Hosts.


10. Liability and Claims

10.1 The Host’s liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and shall not exceed the total Rental Fee.

10.2 Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10.3 The Host (INDIGO) are not responsible for:

Losses not directly caused by a breach of this Agreement;

Consequential losses, including business interruption, loss of income, or profit;

Events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

10.4 You agree to indemnify and defend the Host and INDIGO against all claims arising from:

Damage, misuse, or destruction of the Property beyond normal wear and tear;

Loss of keys;

Any third-party claims resulting from your actions during the stay.

10.5 In cases of legal action for non-payment or breach, you will be responsible for all related legal and collection costs if judgment is made in favor of the Host or INDIGO.

10.6 INDIGO acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any obligations of the Host under this Agreement.

10.7 INDIGO assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings.


11. Governing Law



This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
