2025 was a defining year for İNDİGO Property Management. Throughout the year, we expanded our portfolio, strengthened our operational structure, and continued building a reliable, quality-driven property management system focused on long-term value for both homeowners and guests.
We surpassed 215 apartments under management and expanded across three provinces in Türkiye: Istanbul, Fethiye, and Sakarya. Today, İNDİGO operates in more than 25 districts, managing short-, mid-, and long-term rentals through specialised systems that ensure efficiency, transparency, and a high guest experience. In 2025, we also became a fully licensed and TÜRSAB-certified company, reinforcing our commitment to professionalism and compliance.

During the year, we completed over 1,750 bookings, welcoming more than 4,500 guests for a total of 24,000 booked nights. Guests from over 80 countries trusted the İNDİGO experience. We achieved a 77 percent average annual occupancy rate, reaching 85 percent in high season, with an average stay of 14 nights. Guest satisfaction remained strong, with 90 percent of reviews rated 4.8 out of 5 stars.
Behind these results is a dedicated team with over 20 years of combined experience, providing 24/7 customer service and support in more than five languages. Their professionalism and attention to detail continue to shape the experience we offer every guest and homeowner.
